Whitewash protection against yellowing on ceilings and panels.

FAXE Panel Lye is an all-in-one product for treating woodwork on walls and ceilings but can also be used for furniture and doors in living areas. FAXE Panel Lye lightens wood, protects against darkening further and is wipe-proof and easy to clean.

Available in White and Extra White.

Where to use:
Used for untreated, seasoned wood but also for darkened and new wood, painted or oiled surfaces. FAXE Panel Lye can be coloured using FAXE Combicolour.

Preparation:
The wood must be clean, grease-free and dry. Painted surfaces must be sanded down thoroughly. Cleaning with FAXE Intensive Cleaner enhances adhesion and effectiveness of FAXE White Panel Lye.

Application:
1. Apply FAXE Panel Lye as a thin, even coat, with the grain, using a sponge or good-quality paintbrush. Avoid overlapping or even overlaps out 2. Can be painted over after approx. 5 hours at 20°C, to achieve good cover.

After Care:
When dry, the surface is water and dirt repellent. Aftercare is not required. Dirt can be removed using a soft, damp cloth, with a little FAXE Active Care or FAXE Stain Remover.

Technical data:
Cleaning: Clean tools with water.
pH value: 9.

Storage: Not less than +5°C.

Components:
Water, alkyd resin, vegetable oil, pigment, wax, sodium hydroxide (<0.5%), cellulose, UV filter, anti-oxidants.

Empty the complete contents of the container into a plastic vessel, stir thoroughly before and during use. Several containers containing identical products should be mixed together. The finished result depends, amongst other things, on the preparatory treatment, structure and natural colour of the substrate. For this reason, try out first on a sample area.
