An extensive survey among EFPaint A/S's customers shows that 59% of our customers are "delighted" and that 79% have recommended us to others.
The survey clearly shows that we deliver what our customers expect from us. For our customers, it is:
- delivery on time
- delivery in the right quality
- competent and friendly customer service
- products that are easy to use
- low prices
- a good program of standard products
- consumer-friendly packaging
The extensive survey among 1,400 randomly selected customers has also given us valuable input on how we can continue to be close to our customers and thus maintain great satisfaction among customers.
