FAXE GOlak White

Series: 0269

Water-based primer which protects the wood effectively against yellowing.

Water-based primer, which apart from giving the wood a beautiful white-pigmented appearance also protects against discolouration. The product is ready to use.

Package dimensions: 0,75 l., 2 l.
Coverage: 10-15 m²/l.
Dry time: 2 hours at 20ºC.
Application: Brush, Sponge or lambswool mop.
Type: Waterborne

Where to use:
For all untreated and sanded wood to be varnished. FAXE GOlak White is ideal as a primer where white pigmentation is required. It is recommended to use FAXE GOlak as after-treatment.

Preparation:
Clean the wood with FAXE Wood Cleaner ratio 1:20 or FAXE GOlak Cleaner ratio 1:40. If the wood afterwards rises, sand until smooth surface. If previously lacquered, sand down to bare wood.
NB: It is important to wash the surface with FAXE Wood Cleaner or FAXE GOlak Cleaner before applying FAXE GOlak Primer White to ensure good adhesion and prevent penetration. It is recommended to clean the surface twice.

Application:
1. After drying the treatment is processed. Shake container thoroughly before and during use.
2. Apply FAXE GOlak White lengthways in an even, thin layer with sponge, brush or lambswool mop.
3. Even out overlaps working lengthways while FAXE GOlak White is still wet.
4. For an even whiter finish, apply another layer when the first is fully dry (after approx. 2 hours at 20ºC).

After Care:
Treatment with FAXE GOlak.

Maintenance/Cleaning:
When required maintain with FAXE GOlak Care.

Technical data:
Cleaning: Clean tools in water.
pH-value: 8-9.

Storage: Store at min. +5ºC.

Components:
Acryl/wax dispersion, titan dioxide and water.

Empty the complete contents of the container into a plastic vessel, stir thoroughly before and during use. Several containers containing identical products should be mixed together. The finished result depends, amongst other things, on the preparatory treatment, structure and natural colour of the substrate. For this reason, try out first on a sample area.
